A girl there was, with beauty unsurpassed
Despite her beauty, marriage never came.
Her fate always sought, fate that ends to dust.
Psyche or The Soul, all but one and same.

A winged creature, with bow and arrows.
Despised by many, but sought from above.
Bringer of happiness and much sorrows
Youthful Cupid, mischievous god of Love.

Her beauty unsurpassed caught Love himself.
But lack of faith forced them to break apart
Only through suff’ring the Soul proved herself
With Love and Soul’s Union, all things start.

Love cannot live in a place of no trust.
The Soul will do anything what Love must.

The beep of the cell, the ring of the phone
Reading her messages, hearing her voice
Things that I await when I’m all alone
In a gloomy day or night, music-noise.

I don’t know what I really feel for her.
Maybe a confidante, a counsel.
Just by mere list’ning, problems that we bear,
Solutions, suddenly, we can foretell.

Thank you my friend for the stories we shared
For time spent talking and listening to me.
And for many a days ahead of care
I await eagerly, those days to be.

Friendship may flourish amid great distance.
A Line between two Points, Friendship’s entrance.
